Littino.com, its proprietary “Appreciation Economy” algorithm, and all associated digital infrastructure are the exclusive property of Webzieh Creations Limited (“the Platform” or “the Company”). Participation in the platform constitutes a license to use these systems under the strict conditions of this agreement.

1.1 Absolute Platform Discretion

Every image uploaded is subject to a Mandatory Approval Process. The decision to approve or reject any photograph rests solely and exclusively with the Platform.

1.2 Strict Rejection Criteria

The following content will result in Immediate Rejection and Deletion without refund:

• Human Presence: Any faces, silhouettes, or identifiable human figures.
• Substandard Quality: Blurry, pixelated, or low-resolution images.
• Repetitive Content: Duplicate or substantially similar photographs.
• Illegal/Restricted: Weapons, narcotics, or graphic violence.
• Pornography: Sexually explicit content will be reported to global law enforcement immediately.

2.1 Asset Initialization

Asset initialization requires a non-refundable fee of $0.49. The differential is recognized as Space Rent, a recurring operational fee for digital storage and node presence.

2.2 Appreciation Yields

Every “Appreciation” event ($0.03) triggers a programmatic value increase:

• $0.01 added to Asset Selling Price.
• $0.01 added to Asset Buying Price.
• $0.01 Platform Service Fee.

Assets further appreciate at a fixed rate of $0.04 per annum.

3.1 Top-Up Fees & Processing

Wallet funding is processed via Stripe and Revolut. All top-ups incur a mandatory processing and platform maintenance fee: Example: A $10.00 top-up will result in a total charge of $10.90 ($10.00 + $0.30 + $0.60).

3.2 Revised Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are subject to strict liquidity thresholds and tiered administrative fees:

• Withdrawal fees are deducted automatically from the total requested amount.
• Requests below $27.00 are ineligible and will be rejected.
• Verification: All users must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before their first withdrawal.
• Processing: Withdrawals typically take 5-7 business days via Revolut or Stripe.

4.1 Anti-Manipulation

Self-appreciation, coordinated “pump” schemes, or automated bot interactions are strictly prohibited. Penalty: Immediate account termination and permanent forfeiture of all wallet balances to Webzieh Creations Limited as liquidated damages.

4.2 Account Dormancy

Accounts inactive for more than 180 consecutive days will be flagged. A monthly maintenance fee of $1.50 will be deducted from dormant wallet balances until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

4.3 Payment Disputes

Chargebacks or disputes initiated via Revolut or Stripe without prior consultation with Littino support will result in a permanent ban and legal pursuit for recovery of lost funds and administrative costs.

WEBZIEH CREATIONS LIMITED PROVIDES LITTINO.COM ON AN “AS-IS” BASIS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOSSES RESULTING FROM MARKET VOLATILITY, CONTENT REJECTION, OR THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT GATEWAY FAILURES. USERS ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH DIGITAL ASSET INTERACTION.
