Governance Protocol v2.6.0

Your definitive guide to the Littino Appreciation Economy and digital asset sovereignty.
Littino is a first-of-its-kind financial ecosystem where visual art is treated as a liquid digital asset. Unlike social media where "likes" have no value, every "Appreciation" on Littino adds real monetary value to the image's selling and buying price, creating a growth-based market for creators and collectors.
Initialization of a new digital asset requires a fee of $0.49. This fee covers the algorithmic setup of the asset, its entry into the marketplace, and its initial storage.
Immediately upon approved upload, an image is set with:
- Selling Price: $0.41
- Buying Price: $0.49
Space Rent is the $0.08 difference between the Buying Price and the Selling Price. It represents the cost of maintaining the asset's presence on the digital grid. This $0.08 spread remains a constant mathematical factor throughout the asset's lifecycle.
When a user appreciates an image, it costs $0.13. This amount is split as follows:
• $0.04 added to Selling Price
• $0.04 added to Buying Price
• $0.05 Platform Service Fee
• $0.04 added to Buying Price
• $0.05 Platform Service Fee
Yes. An owner can liquidate their asset at any time by selling it back to the Littino platform at the current Selling Price. This provides instant liquidity to all users.
No. Every upload undergoes a mandatory approval process. Approval is at the absolute discretion of the platform, and the platform’s decision is final. Users are not permitted to challenge or question rejection decisions.
To maintain the "No Human" mandate and high quality, we reject:
- Images containing humans, faces, or silhouettes.
- Low-quality, blurry, or pixelated photographs.
- Repetitive or nearly identical uploads.
- Illegal products, pornography, or child abuse material.
We focus exclusively on high-value aesthetic categories: Nature, Wildlife, Architecture, Professional Landscapes, Paintings, and Fine Art Drawings.
No. The "No Self-Appreciation" rule is strictly enforced to prevent artificial market manipulation. Attempts to bypass this will lead to account suspension.
When another user buys your image, all ownership rights and future appreciation yields transfer to them. You receive the current Selling Price in your wallet, and the new owner becomes the sovereign of that digital asset.
The Buy/Sell Lock allows an owner to prevent their image from being purchased by others. This is ideal for users who wish to hold an asset long-term to collect appreciation yields without the risk of it being sold.
Wallets must be topped up in fixed denominations of $20.00. These funds are used for image initializations, purchases, and appreciations.
To ensure financial stability, the minimum withdrawal threshold is $90.00. You can request a payout once your earned balance reaches this amount.
Withdrawals are typically processed within 14 days, following a standard security and anti-fraud review by Webzieh Creations Limited.
For security and global financial compliance (AML/KYC), we may request government-issued identification for users reaching significant withdrawal milestones.
We prioritize authentic artistic vision. While some digital art is accepted, low-effort AI spam or images that violate our quality standards will be rejected during the mandatory review.
The uploader must own 100% of the rights to the image. By uploading, you grant the current owner of the asset the rights to hold and trade that specific digital instance on the Littino platform.
Yes. Littino is designed to be a global marketplace accessible to anyone with a secure digital wallet, provided their local jurisdiction allows for digital asset trading.
Littino.com is exclusively owned and operated by Webzieh Creations Limited.
