1. About Littino

Littino is an online platform operated by Webzieh Creations Ltd, UK, dedicated to showcasing artistic and photographic creations from creators worldwide.

2. Eligibility

  • Creators (Artists, Photographers):

    • Minimum age: 7 years

    • Monthly membership fee: $4.99

    • No age verification, as harmful content is strictly prohibited

  • Users (Website Visitors):

    • No membership fee required

3. Platform Use

  • Artwork Upload:

    • Artists can upload up to 30 images with an active membership

    • All content is subject to Littino’s approval

    • Only works with first- or second-hand rights may be uploaded

  • Content Restrictions:

    • No sales or resales of artwork permitted

    • Content must not include nudity, illegal material, humans, or copyrighted images

    • All submissions are subject to review and may be removed at Littino’s discretion

  • Appreciations (Tips):

    • Users can appreciate an image for $2.52

    • After deduction of payment gateway fees, platform fees, and VAT, artists receive 60% of each appreciation

    • Payments are securely processed via Stripe

  • Promotion:

    • Artists are encouraged to share their Littino gallery on social media and with personal networks to increase visibility and appreciation

4. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership:

    • Artists retain full copyright and ownership of their work unless they accept Littino’s offer to purchase copyright after 500 appreciations

    • Users may not copy or download images unless a downloadable copy is provided after tipping

  • Littino Branding:

    • Littino’s logo, icon, domain, and name are the private property of Webzieh Creations Ltd, UK, and may only be used for Littino marketing purposes

5. Payments and Withdrawals

  • Earnings:

    • Artists receive 60% of each appreciation/tip

    • No other hidden fees apply

  • Withdrawal:

    • Minimum withdrawal amount: $150

    • Upon reaching the threshold, artists can request a payout to their registered bank account

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Uploading images that contain humans, nudity, illegal content, or copyrighted material

  • Unauthorized use of Littino’s brand, content, or intellectual property

7. Refund Policy

  • No refunds are provided for any payments, including membership fees and tips

8. Termination

  • Littino reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or platform policies

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Littino is not responsible for user-generated content or for any damages resulting from use of the platform
