Littino.com, its proprietary “Appreciation Economy” algorithm, and all associated digital infrastructure are the exclusive property of Webzieh Creations Limited (“the Platform” or “the Company”). Participation in the platform constitutes a license to use these systems under the strict conditions of this agreement.

1.1 Absolute Platform Discretion

Every image uploaded to Littino.com is subject to a Mandatory Approval Process. The decision to approve or reject any photograph rests solely and exclusively with the Platform.

1.2 Strict Rejection Criteria

To maintain the aesthetic and ethical integrity of the Littino ecosystem, the following will lead to Immediate Rejection and Deletion without refund of initialization fees:

• Human Presence: Any photograph containing humans, faces, silhouettes, or identifiable human figures.
• Substandard Quality: Blurry, pixelated, poorly lit, or low-resolution images.
• Repetitive Content: Multiple uploads of the same or substantially similar photographs.
• Illegal or Restricted Items: Images depicting weapons, narcotics, illegal substances, or related paraphernalia.
• Pornography & Exploitation: Any sexually explicit content or imagery involving the abuse/exploitation of minors. Note: Such content will be reported to global law enforcement authorities immediately.
• Hate Speech & Violence: Images promoting discrimination, terrorism, or graphic violence.

2.1 Initialization & Space Rent

Asset initialization requires a non-refundable fee of $0.49. This fee facilitates the digital minting of your asset with the following baseline:

The $0.08 differential is recognized as Space Rent. This is a recurring operational fee for the digital storage and node presence of the image, payable by the current owner through the buy/sell spread.

2.2 Appreciation Yields

Every “Appreciation” event ($0.13) triggers a programmatic value increase:

• $0.04 added to the Asset Selling Price.
• $0.04 added to the Asset Buying Price.
• $0.05 Platform Service Fee.

2.3 Platform Buy-Back Feature

The Platform provides liquidity to the ecosystem by offering a Guaranteed Buy-Back. An asset owner may choose to sell their image back to the Platform at any time.

Execution: The Platform will purchase the asset at the current Selling Price listed in the asset’s metadata. Upon execution, the asset ownership and all future yields transfer back to Webzieh Creations Limited.

3.1 Top-Up Terms

Users must maintain a balance via Top-Ups to interact with the economy. Deposits are restricted to fixed denominations of $20.00. By topping up, the user certifies that the funds are not derived from criminal activity (Anti-Money Laundering compliance).

3.2 Withdrawal Threshold

To ensure micro-transaction stability, the Minimum Withdrawal Threshold is $90.00. No withdrawal requests will be processed for amounts beneath this ceiling.

4.1 Anti-Manipulation Protocol

Self-appreciation or the use of automated bots to inflate asset value is strictly prohibited. Detection of such activities will result in the Permanent Freezing of the associated wallet. All funds within a frozen wallet are forfeited to the Platform as liquidated damages.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Webzieh Creations Limited reserves the right to request official government identification (KYC) prior to processing withdrawals to ensure compliance with international financial regulations.

WEBZIEH CREATIONS LIMITED PROVIDES LITTINO.COM ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOSSES RESULTING FROM MARKET VOLATILITY, REJECTION OF CONTENT, OR THE ACTIONS OF OTHER USERS. USERS ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH DIGITAL ASSET OWNERSHIP.
